Position Summary:

Support and advise the Agriculture Services Management in all aspects of engineering. Implement market-level initiatives, drive site improvements, and promote regenerative agriculture practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget Management: Prepare and implement annual investment and maintenance budgets.
2. Project Implementation: Execute approved projects under Capital Investment Approval and Tracking (CIAT).
3. Equipment Management: Inspect, install, and maintain agriculture services equipment in the field.
4. Operational Standards: Develop and implement SOPs for engineering operations.
5. Energy Management: Optimize diesel fuel and electricity usage.
6. Sustainability Initiatives: Promote GHG reduction and water-saving practices.
7. Cost Savings: Explore cost-saving tools and develop effective controls.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7–10 years in a technical field (preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry).
• Roles: Engineer Supervisor, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or similar positions.
• Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
