Lahore's
Punjab Public Service Commission, or PPSC For the positions of professor of
neurology, professor of pharmacology, professor of physiology, professor of
anesthesia, associate professor of anatomy, librarian, and professor of plastic
surgery, Punjab, Pakistan, is accepting applications from qualified candidates
as of October 17, 2023, as stated in the daily Jang Newspaper. The following
degrees are preferred: Mphil, MS, Ph.D., MBBS, Others, P.G. Diploma, etc.
Up to November 1,
2023, or until the closing date listed in the newspaper ad, candidates may

Before applying

There is no age
concession available for employees of local bodies, semi-government bodies,
autonomous bodies of the federal, provincial, or municipal governments. |
|
At the time of the interview or whenever the Commission asks, a
candidate who asserts that their qualifications are equivalent to the
required qualifications must present an equivalency certificate of their foreign
or local qualifications, issued by the Competent Authority of
HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the concerned Administrative Department. This
certificate will be accepted as Final by the Commission. A candidate's
candidature will be withdrawn if, during the interview process or upon
request from the Commission, they do not present the Equivalency Certificate
issued by the Competent Authority. |

If an applicant
claims expertise with a private firm or entity, he or she must demonstrate
during the interview that the firm or entity is registered with the Registrar
of Firms, SECP, or any other regulatory authority; if not, the application
will be denied. The candidate must submit documentation proving that, during
the stated period of experience, the relevant private entity held the status
of a registered organization. |

Candidates shall
make sure that, when applying for a specific position, they promptly apply
for a Departmental Permission Certificate or NOC at the relevant
Department(s) and present the document at the time of the interview (should
one be scheduled). |
|
Upon applying for
a specific position posted by PPSC, candidates must make sure they have
applied for or obtained a registration certificate from PEC, PNC, PMDC, PMMC,
PVMC, or another pertinent body by the Closing Date, and they must present
this certificate at the time of the interview (if called). |
|
At the time of
the interview, the candidates will make sure to present the marks received,
total marks, or percentage certificate for each degree, given by the
Competent Authority. |
|
A CGPA is not
appropriate. |
|
Candidates should
not believe any information supplied by anyone other than the PPSC website,
as no material shared by anybody else is valid. |
|
Only in Lahore
will the typing and proficiency test and the shorthand test, if necessary, be
conducted. |
|
No new
applications will be accepted if the relevant department decides to change
the number of post(s) available. |
|
It is recommended
